Everything was absolutely great and the rooms were clean. Such affable and great hosts who helped us a lot. Marvellous location within walking distance of Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

They took our money and we never got a room.
In general: We waited for a half hour in a grocery store, with our suitcases, to meet Adam for the key. When he finally answered his phone, he said he would be still later yet. My husband was furious because we had an event to attend within an hour. After another half hour of waiting in the grocery store, we called and Adam said he had cancelled our reservation because my husband had gotten angry with him. So we ended up having to find somewhere else to stay. We couldn’t get our car out of the parking lot because the street was closed for the streaming of the Raptors game so we had to lug our suitcases in the rain to find another hotel. It was a horrendous experience.
